About me

Hello! I’m Dhruv Banerjee, currently a Year 7 (Grade 6) at Tanglin Trust International School. My academic journey is driven by a deep passion for science and math, and I am committed to exploring innovative solutions and emerging trends within this field.

Beyond the classroom, I am actively involved in leadership roles, my school MUN extra-curriculum activity, my school rock band and choir and many sport teams such as tennis, football, basketball. These experiences have honed my skills in teamwork, leadership, debating, being active.

Outside of academics and extracurriculars, I have a variety of interests that keep me engaged and inspired. I love singing, coding, playing with my dog, reading and believe it or not studying and learning more about the world around me, gaming, investing in the stock market and playing sport which provide me with a creative outlet and help me balance my busy schedule.

As a 6th-grade student, I’m excited about exploring my interests and setting goals for the future. Right now, I’m really passionate about science and math and I’m eager to learn more about everything to discover more in science, my short-term goal is to do the best I can in my new leadership position, win every competition that comes my way and generally do the best I can. In the long run, I aspire to be an entrepreneur and one day become a business owner. I’m always looking for new ways to challenge myself and grow, whether it’s through joining clubs, participating in competitions, or taking on new projects. I’m excited to see where these interests will take me and am ready to work hard to achieve my dreams!
